I recently had the chance to tour the Holiday Inn Express Columbus–Dublin and was genuinely impressed. Aakash took the time to walk me through the property, and you can tell he puts a lot of care into how the hotel is run. Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed with guests in mind. If the tour is any indication, this is a place where management truly values the guest experience.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I would especially like to appreciate Mr Patel, who was very polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Their attitude made a positive difference. I would definitely consider staying here again

My wife and I stayed there last week for our anniversary and the front desk clerk Pam made it memorable from the second we got there. She was very attentive, nice, and her smile never seemed to falter. You could tell she loved her job. Love you Pam you're awesome
I had a great stay! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The manger Mr. Patel goes above and beyond making sure you have a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable. Had great nights sleep. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, that's why for the past few months this has been my only choice for my business trips to Dublin.
I personally did not stay at this location but I had a situation that Krista and Murphy helped me with in regards to a 50th Anniversary that my Sister and BIL, who were traveling through Columbus, were celebrating. They were both kind and helpful. Thank you Krista & Murphy for helping me make their visit extra special.
I had an outstanding experience at the Holiday Inn Express Dublin, Ohio, hands down one of the best Holiday Inn Express locations in the Columbus area. Pam was amazing at check-in and truly set the tone for the stay. Thanks to management, I was granted an early check-in due to inclement weather, which was incredibly appreciated and shows how guest-focused this hotel really is. The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Housekeeping was thoughtfully offered every three days, and they were also quick and happy to accommodate when I requested service sooner. That level of flexibility and care really stood out. This location honestly offers more amenities and better service than any other Holiday Inn Express in Columbus, Ohio. From customer service to cleanliness and overall comfort, everything exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-managed hotel in Dublin or the Columbus area, this is absolutely the place to stay. Highly recommend!
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. The food at the breakfast bar was typical hotel fare--acceptable, but nothing special. The noise level was pretty high. The sound insulation is not good. We could hear kids running around above us, and it was pretty noisy until late evening. That was really my only complaint.
